Born and raised in Colorado, Alex Lambro (RYT 200, 300+) has lived in Crested Butte, since 1986, and has made a significant impact in the world of sports and wellness. A retired professional snowboarder, figure skater and soccer player she has always been an avid sports enthusiast. With over three decades of experience with yoga as an Iyengar yoga practitioner,  Alex deepened her journey in yoga by dedicating the last twenty years to studying the Kaiut Method with founder, Francisco Kaiut.

Her 35+ year journey with yoga is complemented by her roles as a figure skating coach and youth soccer coach. This diverse athletic background not only enriches her comprehension of movement and body mechanics but also allows her to integrate the therapeutic benefits of Kaiut Yoga into her coaching practices effectively making her a valuable resource in both the sports and yoga communities.
